To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
We provide walk-in hours Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 9:00am for our current patients with acute illness only. There are NO walk-in hours on Saturday morning. Patients who walk-in with a non-emergency condition during normal business hours will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular annual exams. We recommend that you call 3-4 months in advance so you may choose the date and time that best fits your needs. Prior to visit please visit www.CHADIS.com to fill out developmental screenings. Patients who are 13 years and older are asked to register with their email address and complete the questionnaire. Please keep in mind that most

1st Visit (24-48 hrs from the release from hospital), 2 Week, 1 Month, 2 Month, 4 Month, 6 Month, 9 Month, 12 Month, 15 Month, 18 Month, 2 Year, then annually every year.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Office Manager for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
If an emergency should arise, please call 911. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening ex: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In case of minor emergencies ex: lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, etc., please go to your nearest Emergency Room or
